A valid card is required to secure your appointment. Charges will only apply in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or late arrival resulting in the cancellation of your appointment.
We do require a card on file to book your appointment.
Late Arrivals: We do allow a 10 min grace period, if you arrive more than 10 minute late for your appointment you will be considered a no show and charge for 50% of the services.
No Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charge for %50 of the services.
Cancellations: We require at least a 24hr notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the customer being charged %50.
For the comfort and safety of all clients, no extra guests or children are permitted in the treatment room. If you arrive with additional guests, they will be asked to wait outside.
If this is not possible, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and it will be treated as a late cancellation, resulting in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
Please arrive with clean, dry skin. Oils and lotions create a barrier that makes it difficult for the wax to properly adhere. While we can remove them, it may still affect the quality of your waxing results.
All lamination and tint services require a patch test 24–48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure there are no sensitivities or allergic reactions.
If you choose to decline the patch test, you will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging that you have refused the test and assume all risks associated with the service.
